White Clam Pasta Sauce

With minced clams, aromatic garlic, and a touch of white wine, it creates a flavorful sauce that pairs beautifully with your favorite pasta.

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans minced clams, drained (reserve the clam juice)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until golden and fragrant.
- Drain the clam liquid into the skillet with the onion and garlic mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Add the dry white wine, minced clams, fresh parsley, and white pepper to the skillet.
- Simmer the sauce gently for about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the butter until melted and smooth.
